An interesting new kind of c2b business model is emerging. This new model is quite interesting because it deals with an area so far not concerned by C2B job hiring. It introduces a brand new concept which deserves to be experienced.
How does it work ?
The process is well explained on h3.com (click on the screenshot to enlarge). A company has a job to fill. The HR manager of the company signs up on the website and posts the job to his friends/relatives/employees. He proposes a reward. Everybody receiving the job offer can answer or forward it to their relatives. As soon as the job is filled, the reward is shared equally between each link of the referral chain. The referral hiring site takes care of every connection and receives a percentage of the reward.
Why is it a C2b business model?
Clients are once again companies which are looking for someone to fill a job and the service is provided by individuals who are referring relatives. As usually in C2B models, an intermediary, referral hiring sites, is in charge of the transaction.
